Bald Head Island
Here's what I could find about Bald Head Island.
It's a really great place to be, very picturesque and great for a romantic getaway or family vacation. It's located in a remote part of North Carolina and you can get there by ferry from Southport.
Bald head island rentals are plenty, from the popular South Beach, the remote East Beach, the Maritime Forest, to the more busy Harbour Village. You can stay in your dream home at Bald Head Island, imagine a luxury home facing the ocean with 6 bedrooms. If you're on a budget, Bald Head Island rentals also include smaller cottages and villas.
Another amazing thing about Bald Head Island is that people go around in golf carts, that's because there are no cars there!
Looks like a great place to chill...

Heidi Pratt, finally something to look forward to?
if you really want to know how dumb these 2 are, take a look at Heidi and Spencer on the View, this is the March 13 episode:
To prolong their 2 seconds of fame, it looks like Heidi will be appearing in the Miss Universe pageant on August 21.
But what I'm really looking forward to is the Heidi Pratt Playboy issue, rumoured to be out on August 15. Now, that'll make all the crap worth it...

Earthquake in LA!!!
By JENNIFER STEINHAUER
LOS ANGELES — A earthquake measuring 5.0 in magnitude struck Sunday night on the southwest side of Los Angeles, announcing itself with a tremendous boom, sending pans and glasses tumbling and unnerving thousands of Angelenos. It was followed by a smaller aftershock.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage stemming from the quake, which struck just after 8:30 p.m. just east of Los Angeles International Airport and could be felt as far south as San Diego and as far east as Riverside County.
The shaking went on for roughly 10 seconds, centered in the suburb of Lennox, and was followed by an aftershock measuring 3.1..
The Los Angeles Fire Department made an initial assessment of "no major structural damage, no serious injuries," according to the Twitter feed of an agency spokesman, Brian Humphrey, who was one of nearly 1,000 people to tweet about the tembler within seconds of its occurrence.
Although he characterized it as significant, Mr. Humphrey added that there were no reports of damage in or around the neighborhoods near the epicenter.
The last earthquake of moderate size or larger in the Los Angeles area occurred last July in the Chino Hills, east of downtown, and measured 5.4.

David Cook Come Back to Me lyrics and video
You say you gotta go and find yourself
You say that you're becoming someone else
Don't recognize the face in the mirror
Looking back at you
You say you're leavin
As you look away
I know theres really nothin left to say
Just know i'm here
Whenever you need me
I'll wait for you
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
Take your time i wont go anywhere
Picture you with the wind in your hair
I'll keep your things right where you left them
I'll be here for you
Oh and i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
And i hope you find everything that you need
I'll be right here waiting to see
You find you come back to me
I can't get close if your not there
I can't get inside if theres no soul to bear
I can't fix you i can't save you
Its something you have to do
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
Come back to me
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
And i hope you find everything that you need
I'll be right here waiting to see
You find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me

Rick Wagoner General Motors Chief Steps Down!
---
General Motors Corp. Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner is stepping down after being asked by the government to relinquish his position at the helm of the largest American automaker, people familiar with the situation said Sunday.
Wagoner's departure comes on the eve of President Barack Obama's scheduled presentation of his vision for the U.S. auto industry. The president has said he wants to help the struggling industry but faces mounting opposition to bailouts of businesses and industries.
GM declined to comment. But an Obama administration official said Sunday that the White House had sought Wagoner's resignation and he had agreed.
GM has set a 9 a.m. conference call for Monday morning with top company officials. A person familiar with the matter said GM President and Chief Operating Officer Fritz Henderson would be named CEO on an interim basis.
Henderson has been carrying out the company's restructuring on a day to day basis and knows the auto task force leaders.
Wagoner was a GM lifer who became the company's chief executive in 2000 and chairman in 2003. Industry experts credit him with pushing through profound reforms at the 100-year-old company, but his critics say Wagoner moved too slowly.
After losing $82 billion since 2004, GM is now subsisting on federal loans as it struggles to survive one of the most perilous stretches in its history.
The company has received $13.4 billion from the government and is seeking up to $16.6 billion more.
"From the government's perspective, they had to show a visible form of sacrifice," said David Cole, chairman of the Center for Automotive Research in Ann Arbor and the son of a former GM president.
"At one level I'm surprised," he said, "and at another level, not at all."
Obama said earlier on Sunday that Detroit's automakers had taken measures to improve their competitiveness.
"We think we can have a successful U.S. auto industry," he said on CBS's news show "Face the Nation."
"But it's got to be one that's realistically designed to weather this storm and to emerge at the other end much more lean and mean and competitive than it currently is. And that's going to mean a set of sacrifices from all parties -- management, labor, shareholders, creditors, suppliers, dealers," Obama said.
The president is scheduled to present his strategy for the auto industry from the White House Grand Foyer at 11 a.m. on Monday.

Seychelles Bankrupt!
The nation’s debt is “not sustainable” and it needs international help, the Victoria-based newspaper said on its Web site today.
Seychelles has borrowed $26 million over two years from the IMF, and will borrow a further $10 million from the African Development Bank and $9 million from the World Bank this year, the newspaper said.
The Extended Fund Facility, established in 1974, is a loan facility which allows member countries to overcome balance of payments problems.
Calls to the Seychelles finance ministry seeking comment weren’t answered.
